Administrative Trainee : NCRA Recruitment 2017 – The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune [NCRA] of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research [TIFR] (an autonomous institute of the Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India) is an internationally reputed research institute.  NCRA–TIFR is located inside the Pune University Campus.  Facilities operated by NCRA-TIFR include, the Ooty Radio Telescope (ORT) in Ooty, Tamilnadu and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT). Located about 80 KM north of Pune, GMRT is the world’s largest radio telescope at metre wavelengths. NCRA is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Number of vacancies : 04 [UR;  HQ: 2 Khodad, 2 Pune]

Minimum Qualification: (1) Graduate from a recognized university  (2) Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and applications.

Desired: Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nature of Training: Training in the area of Accounts, General Administration, HR and Purchase.

Age: Below 28 years.

Stipend: 15000/-; Tenure: 1 year. No absorption after training.

Note: Candidates with Diploma, BE/ B.Tech. or higher technical degrees will not be considered for this post.

Candidates applying with qualification of AMIE/Grad IETE should have 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section ‘B’ alone. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic  year  2016-17  are  also  eligible  to  apply,  provided  final  degree  is  available  by 31/8/2017.  The  qualification  prescribed  and  the  benchmark  are  only  the  MINIMUM requirement  and  fulfilling  the  same  does  not  automatically  make  candidates  eligible  for Written Test.

Age limit: 35  years  as on 07.03.2017.Ex-Servicemen and Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
